Lockton Companies Australia Pty Ltd has agreed to sell its minority shareholding in Origin Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd.

Adam Rhodes, Managing Director of Origin Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd (Origin), has purchased the minority shareholding held by Lockton Companies Australia (LCA). The details of the transaction will be finalised in the coming weeks; however in principal an agreement was reached and effective from 5pm 26th August 2016.

LCA remain strongly committed to closing the gap and continue to support and encourage Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander representation within Corporate Australia through employment, mentorship and educational opportunities, in line with our Reconciliation Action plan

LCA would like to thank Adam for his support and leadership with LCA over the last 4+ years, and we wish him and David Liddiard every success with Origin.
