During his 35 years in the insurance industry, Shane has gained considerable experience in many facets of underwriting and broking.

Whilst maintaining technical competence with a wide range of insurance contracts, he spent several years developing additional specialist expertise in Professional Risks. As a Certified Practicing Risk Manager (CPRM), he has a strong risk focus in his strategic approach.

Mark works as a Financial Lines specialist for Lockton Companies Australia. He has been involved in the placement and management of some of the companies largest Public and Private clients’ Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Indemnity, Cyber and Privacy and Statutory Liability programs.

Previously Mark has specialised in the management of complex and long tail workers compensation claims for one of the worlds largest Insurers, managing a number of their biggest clients.

Reece has over 25 years experience within the corporate insurance market spanning senior management roles with both insurance and broking companies.

Over the past 10 years, Reece has been responsible for large corporate health portfolios at both Bupa and Medibank. During this time, Reece has focused his skill set towards the development and tailoring of corporate health insurance plans that encompass residents, non-residents and expatriates. Through his broad market knowledge, he has been able to reduce his clients cost of risk considerably. Reece has also implemented many additional services and differentiators over this time including the formation of wellness pools, split billing to assist in FBT reduction and linking workers compensation cost reduction to a corporate health and wellness plans.

Stephen has 10 years experience specialising in the insurances of commercial property investors.

Before joining Lockton in 2015, Stephen was the General Manager of an international broker’s real estate practice in Australia and New Zealand.  Stephen also spent 3 years leading their real estate team in Hong Kong and prior to that he was a key member of their real estate team in the London market.

During his career he has worked with numerous property owners, hotel investors, commercial and residential strata, developers and managers including FTSE100 and HKSE companies as well as some of the world’s largest commercial landlords.

As the practice leader of REAC in Asia Pacific, Stephen provides our clients with international industry experience coupled with a desire to work with them to ensure that the coverage is market leading and bespoke to their needs.
